Abs Attack
Tighten and strengthen your core muscles for outrageous abs in 30min with fierce abdominal exercises.

Aqua Zumba
Pool party! Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines and creates a class that is a safe, effective and challenging water-based work out for all.

Body Extreme
For the serious exercisers, is a version of kickboxing combined with self-defense in an extreme workout mode!.

Boot Camp (Indoors or Outdoors)
Love hard physical training? Then this class is perfect for you! Challenge your body with strength, explosive exercises and intense cardio drills.  

Drums Alive
Wanna be a Rockstar? All you need is a pair of drumsticks and a stability ball. This high energy workout promises to chase away the blues.

Great Balls of Fun
Achieve a total body workout using a stability ball in which transforms into a mobility ball! This challenging class will give you a great cardiovascular workout, strength the upper and lower body along with postural support muscles. Goodness, gracious,. great balls of fun!

Need a little variety?  Instructor chooses the workout so each day is different!

Latin Step
Step into the groove with Latin dance moves with a bit of rumba, a little cha cha, some salsa and rockin' rhythms to bump up your step workout.

Kickboxing
Looking for a total body workout that kicks butt?  Kick and punch your way to a fit bod, with this high intensity total body workout, using mixed martial arts movements that will improve stamina, flexibility, and strength.

Muscle Cuts
Want lean, toned muscles? This class is designed to work out all major muscle groups using a barbell, bench and weights, all movement choreographed to music.

Pilates
Emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement.

Power Step
Ramp up your cardio with high impact step aerobics that will leave you breathless and coming back for more!

Spin45
Spin your way to fitness with this 45min ride.

R.I.P.P.E.D.
The one stop body shock is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class.

Tennis
Want to learn (or re-learn) tennis in a fun and social environment? Come play some one-on-one rallying and get your cardio in during our evening tennis fitness class!

Total Body Beast
This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great!

Turbo KICK
Come get the party started with cardio kickboxing and dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes! It's high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!

Water Aerobics
Beginner to Intermediate classes available: Aqua Therapeutic (Modified for those with movement restrictions), Aqua Works (Basic class), and Aqua Deep (Class held in deep water).

Yoga
Rejuvenate body and mind, improve flexibility and enhance balance with flexibility exercises and conditioning.

Zumba
“Exercise in Disguise.” A Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system!

Zumba Toning
Fun, different and challenging! Latin-inspired dance ‘n tone program using light weight toning sticks or dumbbells for a safe and effective, redefining workout!

 


Zumba is a high-energy, dance-style workout set to Latin music that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rythms that tone and sculpt the body.
