Aqua Zumba®
Pool party! Aqua Zumba® integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines and creates a class that is a safe, effective and challenging water-based work out for all.

Aqua Fit

The challenging and fun water workout will improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without the impact on your joints.

Body Extreme
For the serious exercisers, is a version of kickboxing combined with self-defense in an extreme workout mode!.

Kickboxing
Looking for a total body workout that kicks butt?  Kick and punch your way to a fit bod, with this high intensity total body workout, using mixed martial arts movements that will improve stamina, flexibility, and strength.

Muscle Cuts
Want lean, toned muscles? This class is designed to work out all major muscle groups using a barbell, bench and weights, all movement choreographed to music.

Pilates
Emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement.
