Abs Attack
Tighten and strengthen your core muscles for outrageous abs in 30min with fierce abdominal exercises.

Aquazumba
Pool party! Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines and creates a class that is a safe, effective and challenging water-based work out for all.

BLT Freestyle
Butt, legs, and thighs - a full lower body workout!

Boot Camp (Indoors or Outdoors)
Love hard physical training? Then this class is perfect for you! Challenge your body with strength, explosive exercises and intense cardio drills.  

Cardio Craze
A High-intense, low-impact total body workout, using resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, and dumbbells.

Drums Alive
Wanna be a Rockstar? All you need is a pair of drumsticks and a stability ball. This high energy workout promises to chase away the blues.

Need a little variety?  Instructor chooses the workout so each day is different!

Jazzercise
A dance-based cardio with strength  and stretch moves to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for a total body workout.

Kickboxing
Looking for a total body workout that kicks butt?  Kick and punch your way to a fit bod, with this high intensity total body workout, using mixed martial arts movements that will improve stamina, flexibility, and strength.

Spice up your workout with Latin dance moves that will leave you feeling “caliente!”

Muscle Cuts
Want lean, toned muscles? This class is designed to work out all major muscle groups using a barbell, bench and weights, all movement choreographed to music.

Emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement.

Piloxing
 Kickboxing, Ballet and Pilates all in one great “chaotic” cardio and strength workout!

A choreographed cardio class taught on a step platform plus toning and core work to give you a total body workout.

Zumba Toning
Fun, different and challenging! Latin-inspired dance ‘n tone program using light weight toning sticks or dumbbells for a safe and effective, redefining workout!

 


Zumba is a high-energy, dance-style workout set to Latin music that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rythms that tone and sculpt the body.
