The Wrangler Baseball team opened up Western Junior College Athletic Conference play this past weekend against New Mexico Military Institute.
Odessa and NMMI spilt the series 2-2. NMMI won games one 5-2 and game three 13-1, while the Wranglers won game 2 10-0 and game 4 9-4.
Odessa is now 7-12 on the season and is in a four way tie for second place in the WJCAC at 2-2.
The Wranglers will be back in action at home on Tuesday, March 23rd vs. Western Texas College in a non-conference nine inning game. OC will contiune WJCAC play this weekend as they travel to Borger, TX to take on Frank Phillips on Friday and Saturday.
