Men's Basketball Host Wrangler Shootout
The Odessa College Men's Basketball team will host the inaugural Wrangler Shootout this week at the OC Sports Center.
Six teams, Odessa, Midland, New Mexico JC, Ranger, Salt Lake CC, and Trinity Valley will play three games in three days starting at 1pm on Wednesday and concluding at 7pm on Friday.
Five of the six teams are listed in this weeks NJCAA D1 Men's Basketball poll. Salt Lake is currently ranked #1 in the country, New Mexico JC is ranked #11, and Odessa, Ranger, and Trinity Valley are all receiving votes.
Odessa will take on Trinity Valley on Wednesday, Ranger on Thursday, and Salt Lake CC on Friday. All three of the Wranglers games will tip-off at 7pm.
