The Odessa College Wrangler Rodeo team continued their strong start to the 2021 fall rodeo season this weekend in Alpine, TX at the Sul Ross Rodeo.

Two Cowboys made the Finals, Ridge Ward in Saddle Bronc and Riggin Shippy in Bull Riding. Ward qualified for the finals with a 75 point ride in the Long Round.

Shippy, continued his impressive start to the season with a 71 point ride in the long round and a 77 point ride in the finals.

Odessa will now prepare for the Vernon College Rodeo this coming weekend in Vernon, TX, October 1-3rd.
