Wrangler women's basketball coach Franqua "Q" Bedell was named the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches Two-Year Coach of the Year this past week.

Coach Q in his third season as head coach, guided the Wranglers to a 30-5 record including a WJCAC Conference Championship and an elite eight finish at the 2024 NJCAA D1 Women's Basketball National Tournament.
