Bio
Marija Pacar enters her fifth season as the Assistant Basketball Coach for the Wrangler Women's Basketball Program.
Along side head coach Franqua Bedell, coach Pacar is continuing to elevate a tradition-rich team with legacy of excellence. Coach Pacar was named 2025 WBCA Two-Year College Assistant Coach of the Year.
Last season, coach Pacar helped lead the Wranglers to a 30-5 season, including winning WJCAC conference and making it to Elite Eight of NJCAA Division 1 National Tournament. She was also named TABC Junior College Assistant Coach of the Year.
Prior to coming back to the United States, Marija spent three years coaching club girls (age 10 to 17) at her hometown, while also helping her family run their business.
Marija also worker for Coach Q at Hoops U Skill Development Camp and Tallahassee CC Basketball Camp where her main focus was working with girls, grade 4 to 12, on their shooting and footwork.
She played high school basketball at New Hope Christian Academy for one of the best high school coaches Delaney Rudd. After her high school career she played at Tallahassee CC for Coach Q. She graduated from Tallahassee CC and went on to play for Wichita State University.
Marija graduated from Wichita State University in 2017 with a degree in Business Management.
