The Odessa College Wrangler Volleyball team had an eventful 2025 season capped off with a sixth-place finish at the NJCAA D1 Volleyball Championship.

The Wranglers were 31-6 overall and 12-2 in WJCAC play under first year Head Coach Bondie Onipede. The 12-2 record claimed the 2025 Western Junior College Athletic Conference Championship.

In post-season play, Odessa was the Southwest B District Champions and the Region 5 Runner-Up. The Wranglers made their third consecutive trip to the National Tournament and fifth trip in program history (2019, 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025).

The Sophomore class set a program best 61-16 record in their two years on the court. The 61 wins is the most in program history.

Individually, the Wranglers had five WJCAC All-Conference selections. Mana Kaneko was selected MVP, Fabiana Rivero was Newcomer of the Year, Anna Mahler, Faith Williams, and Kaija O'Neill were first team selections and Head Coach Bonide Onipede was WJCAC Coach of the Year. Kaneko and Rivero were also named to the All-Region 5 Team.

Mana Kaneko finished off her impressive career at Odessa Colllege.  She was named NJCAA D1 First Team All-American and AVCA Libero of the Year for all two-year college schools. Kaneka becomes only the second Wrangler in program history to be named NJCAA 1^st Team All-American.
